Well maintained, friendly staff.
Didn't like: Travelled with my dog. Appreciate that they are pet friendly. However when walking my dog I used almost an entire roll of poo bags to pick up poops left by others. Very disappointing.

Pleasant, quiet getaway. Beds were comfortable. I booked a staycation. The pool seems a little outdated& could be cleaned of scum but overall nice hotel. Our room was Clean & it served its purpose.
Didn't like: The pool was kinda outdated. Needs a solid cleaning of the tiles and scum.

Enjoyed the time we spent at your facility. The room was very nice. We had a room with a view of the mountains, water and golf course. Had coffee ☕️ on the deck and enjoyed the view. Breathtaking. Staff was wonderful. Especially Bella at the desk. She was very kind and sweet. 🩷 We also loved the paddle boat. We will definitely return to your facility. 🩷

One of the best nights in Scottsdale When to the Pinon Bar and met my sister there. The bar tender Terry was so amazing and tentatively to our needs, gave us amazing recommendations on food as it was our first time there. He was so friendly kept our waters always full, was so friendly and kind. Would recommend going even if it was just for dinner of yo even grab a drink on your way home. THANK YOU Terry for making our night!!!!

Look for Terry at the bar . . . you won't be disappointed My sister and I enjoyed the Pinon Grill -- we sat at the bar for a few drinks and dinner. Terry was excellent --- he kept us hydrated, made sure we were appropriately notified of when the kitchen would close, provided a great menu recommendation (grilled salmon) and was just simply a friendly person to be around. His kind attentions alone would be a reason for me to return.

Great time fun place to stay Great day to hang out with a bunch of friends for her bday. We were by the pool all day. Had to go inside to get drinks and food. But Terry was a great server and bartender went above and beyond handling the restaurant and ba4 area with Steve. They were both very nice. We stayed the night and my room was very nice great view of the lake and mountains I will be back Thank you Kelly
