I had to check out shortly after checking in because the over all dirty room and surrounding areas, pool wasent swimable The game area was nice during the day
Didn't like: I didn’t like how at night a lot of the areas where not lit up, pool area was dirty and had towels and cups, the main pool was not lit up at night so couldn’t swim, second pool was dirty had leaves and flowers in it, a lot of black ants at edge of pool, some walk ways where pitch black. My room was not clean floor was dirty and wires left on the floor, blood spots on lamp and head board

Dated hotel that is conveniently located It is very conveniently located with most rooms located far away from busy road so very quiet.
Didn't like: Was undoing renovation so lobby and restaurant/bar in construction zone. Note that booking a standard king room with balcony will most likely give you a parking lot view.

Great hotel ! loved it, but terrible experience getting invoice from Booking.com and the Hotel Great room, very nice and modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again but book directly next time, as i couldn't get my invoice immediately after i stayed. Room was amazing though very nice.
Didn't like: Was a terrible experience trying to get my invoice, very frustrating with me getting the runaround form the Hotel and the Booking.com lack of proper human customer service - getting my invoice is one of the most important things, and this has happened to me before when I decide to book work travel on my Booking.com - terrible experience overall. You don't seem to realize how important it is for people to simply get their invoice and do their expenses. I would advise booking directly with hotel next time.

Value for the money was 6 Under construction during our stay, which was not made known to me prior to booking. Rooms were outdated and needing some repair, worn. Dark outside area at night low light which made me feel unsafe.
Didn't like: Room was average but outdated and in need or upkeep repair.Dark corridors

Good service at the bar My wife and I had a lovely time this past weekend at our conference. During the break for dinner, we were served by Meghan in the bar area. The whole restaurant and bar were overwhelmed by our group all at once, but Meghan did a lovely job handling everyone at once with a positive attitude.

Good Hotel Bad time to be there I love the way this hotel looks on the outside and it is huge! But it’s outdoors in Arizona. Not a good combo. While we were staying half of the place was being remodeled and the gym was in a hotel room and it was just creepy and looked unsafe. I live the inside and the service was great but they didn’t cover up the remodel or think to spread it out they literally remodeled everything at the same time! Also the room doors are very loud but the actual rooms are nice. It doesn’t feel like a normal Hilton.

Great value on a pich but avoid it for a few months while they renovate. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Didn't like: The resort is undergoing renovations and while it is a value, don't expect a resort experience. Loud noise from machinery during the day and dust is a constant. I'm sure the facilities will be up to standards once completed but for the next few months, don't expect a resort experience.

Doubletree Scottsdale, Az Location was perfect for getting anywhere needed. Atmosphere was great! Staff was exceptional everywhere in the hotel. Pool/bar attendant-Vaughn was amazing , super friendly and very helpful with any questions about area and things to do around area. Rooms are private and quiet. Price was comparable to other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. There was some construction being done at hotel but it was very quiet and clean despite of construction. Great stay over all and will return.
