Was nice Bed was amazing, room was spacious, location, how quiet it was. The layout of the hotel was like a resort and super cozy.
Didn't like: A bit too expensive for what it is. Could be a bit more elevated for that price in regards to aesthetics in the room.

Very good and convenient, the staff during breakfast were very kind with my baby, I loved the way they tried to interact with him and make his time in breakfast better.
Didn't like: The pool could have been cleaner, and they could have had more variety of food during breakfast.

Excellent location It’s a very good hotel at a very good place, very good breakfast. However, the front desk needs to be trained better. This should be more courteous, specially, the Front Desk clerk in the evening shift/night was pretty basic. I tried to get complementary toiletries/toothpaste brush, and he casually said not available. And same thing happened in the morning when I asked a separate Front Desk person. How could I prestigious hotel change like this would not have complementary toiletries which even the motel would have it these days?

Felt high end and luxurious for the price, we LOVED it. Will stay here again for sure. Everything. It was much better than we expected. It felt high end and had its own kitchenette. It felt much more condo like than hotel like. We loved it.

Stay here Hyatt good Considering the arrival difficulties and deposit situation place doesn't accept cash for anything staff was polite place was perfect for our family vacation will stay here again but not through booking com they robbed us our of our credits to stay here. oh 1st day breakfast was really good and seasoned 2nd day breakfast ok no season but it was still satisfying
Didn't like: Didn't accept cash had to leave after arriving after a long ride to try to find a bank it took an hour to do so. We finally got checked in to accommodate their 2 day deposit on the room which was a surprise cause on booking.com it says no deposits needed/ can't trust booking com they stole my $200 credit towards this room anyway which is what caused all the issues Hyatt was great

Quality travel accomodations Though I didn't have a need for it this trip, I loved the layout of the full kitchen. The extra space it provides the living room is so nice when traveling with a kid. The lobby breakfast was delicious, with a lot of variety. I will definitely keep in in mind for any future longer stays.
Didn't like: Nothing comes to mind. It was overall very well cared. There was some presence of a homeless man but the hotel dealt with it immediately and respectfully.

Amazing property amazing facilities great price amazing rooms. The only thing is is they will not give you back your deposit. I have been waiting almost a month and they have still not giving me back my deposit even though I left the room perfect.

Nice hotel in a good location. Would stay again! The room is spacious and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast is a nice touch. Good location near Old Town Scottsdale and the shopping areas.
Didn't like: We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room which was a bit annoying since it’s summer time but it happens. The staff and maintenance worked to fix it which we appreciate. Room could use a bit of a facelift; carpet and couch felt old.
