Also comparative to hotels similar location it was as if not more expensive and didn’t offer breakfast! Location
Didn't like: Needs upgrade. Bed was difficult to get in and out of and not too comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
Didn't like: Could do with a deep clean. Musty smell in halls and room. I accept it is an old building.

We checked in at night the room was very smelly It smelt of mold and we couldn’t stay in the room We changed room to one floor down not much different I had medication and asked for a fridge but it was not possible so front desk put it in their fridge We went to bed late after a long journey and planned to sleep in before the other half of our journey The room maid walked into our room at 8 am No knock just walked in , then realized we were in bed and left but kept knocking on the door every hour after that So no sleep The last at the front desk in the morning was very nice and helpful We would not stay again unless we were in a better room

Great central location down town and close to everything. Very hospitable vibe with the happy hour. I loved the wine and cheese everyday at 4pm as it made the hotel feel hospitable and I could chat with other guests nd it was a great time right before going out for dinner
Didn't like: The in room coffee situation isn't up to scratch. Coffee creamer instead of powdered stuff would make this a viable first cup of coffee of the day but It was undrinkable.

A very comfortable historic hotel ideally located for a walking tour of Savannah. Would stay here again. Great location in the historic district, next door to the historic Pink House, very good cafes for breakfast/lunch a couple of minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful.
Didn't like: No bar or longe for drinks, morning coffee.
