I'd recommend a stay! The room was spacious and clean. The decor was classy and not over done. I loved the sculptures in the lobby. The attended helping with our bags ( Robert) was very helpful and friendly and quick with our bags.
Didn't like: We had a person with a dog that barked throughout the night staying close to us. It woke us up from a sound sleep many times One of the woman bartenders was short with me and not friendly at all. The other woman bartender was very nice and pleasant.

I always trust Hyatt hotels for safety and amenities that they always provide. Great location directly on the river. Beautiful location, friendly staff.
Didn't like: A little pricey for one night in the middle of the off season.
