Beware additional pet fee due upon check in Location!
Didn't like: Expensive to park there, charged a pet fee after I already paid through booking.com and said I had pets. Was never told there was an extra fee. Booking.com does not make that very clear. Called to confirm the pets and still Wasn’t told there was a fee. When I checked in I told the manager and she said that number to call is our parent company not our hotel. So they said that they were not responsible. Anyway, we were stuck so we paid it but it’s a bad experience. booking.com needs to make that more clear, or you need to be aware.

I’ll definitely be back!! Location, amenities, incredibly friendly and courteous staff. One of the best breakfast set ups I’ve experienced (and I travel frequently) Stayed here twice 23 years ago and it was better this time around
Didn't like: TV wasn’t user friendly and had poor viewing options

It was nice stay considering that the musty smell was in the room. Great location
Didn't like: It had a very musty smell in the room. Parking was $48 a night valet. The parking garage across the street was full.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was close to everything, our room was very clean, and we had a beautiful river view. B Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was close to everything, our room was very clean, and we had a beautiful river view. Breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special shoutout to Laquaszha, who was such a joy to interact with! She was kind, professional, and genuinely sweet. Nicole and Tasha were wonderful as well. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Savannah!
Didn't like: Timed/restricted air conditioner. Inability to truly control air conditioner settings.
