We were flying out the next morning, it was very close to airport and they have shuttle service which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good had lots of variety. I was there also last year and went back this year. I totally would go back.

The stay was very comfortable. We really liked the hotel it was the nicest holiday inn we stayed at. We loved the property and hope our points transfer over for honors program. Bar tender was friendly, customer service was helpful and ordered us a taxi daily.
Didn't like: We didn’t realize it until after we got there that it was far from all the attractions and events.

A pleasant, pampering, and comfortable hotel The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. The pool was pleasant and inviting. The breakfast was delicious.
Didn't like: Dinner at the restaurant was slightly disappointing due to the service, and at breakfast, it took the staff a long time to replenish items that had run out

Excellent Service, but the Rooms Need Renovation The staff at check-in, as well as at the restaurant and bar, were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant selection was excellent, and we really enjoyed the food, drinks, and breakfast. Having the option to dine on-site without going out was a great convenience, especially after travelling. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport. Plenty of comfortable, inviting areas to relax and lounge made the whole stay enjoyable.
Didn't like: Although the room was spacious, it definitely needs updating. The corridors and rooms have old carpets that make the property feel dated, and it smelled odd. The mattresses, pillows, and bed linen also need a serious upgrade, as does the bathroom. Overall, the room and its furnishings feel like they haven't been updated in at least 20 years. With some modernisation and refurbishment, the property could be much more comfortable and appealing.
