I would not recommend The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

Didn't like: However, the surrounding area was disappointing, with ongoing construction work. The biggest issue was that the room door could not be locked. Despite informing the staff, nothing was done, which was very concerning and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Didn't like: The people who serve the restaurant are very rude, racist. When I arrived I asked if I could buy breakfast, because my reservation did not include breakfasts and they said yes. However, the next day I went down to have breakfast with my family and a man who served the restaurant yelled at us and told us that we had to pay before breakfast and he did it in a rude way and everyone thought we were drinking without paying. And so were the three days. It was a very bad service from those men with me and my family.

It was comfortable and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast items could be improved with additional items.

Didn't like: Everything.. Staff is soooo rude. Don't know basic hospitality. Breakfast is worst I ever had anywhere. Time is 6:30- 10:30 am. Staff removes the things by 9:45..once things are finished they don't refill usually. Not a single penny of worth. You will waste your money. It's not even 1 star rating across the world.. Don't make yourself fool..

Ok, but not to repeat. There is a metro station nearby. Hotel staff was nice and cooperative when asked.

Didn't like: We stayed for 2 nights and the noise from the street is horrible. There is just in from a street market. During the day it's the people making noise, during the night it's the cleaning services. Windows are old and sound goes through super easily. The surrounding area of the hotel it is definitely not the most pleasant, specially during night hours with street light being poor. Breakfast is too basic for the price of it. Not worthful.

Never recommend for families especially with kids. did not liked the property, i wont book novotel again. seems like the location of the property is in theif market.

Nothing everything is old and not so clean

Didn't like: Location is disaster, in front of the hotel is just a garbige and it is totally unsafe to walk after 19h. I would never come here again and never recommend to anyone

Overall, the hotel fell well below the standard we would expect from a four-star property. Nothing. See below paragraph what I didn't like.

Didn't like: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Although the hotel is close to a metro station, this convenience is overshadowed by its location beside a large open public market and public toilets. The market-facing side of the hotel was dirty, with an overwhelming and unpleasant smell. The parking area offers only standard electrical sockets rather than dedicated electric vehicle charging stations. This limitation was not clearly stated in the hotel description. Breakfast was poor and did not justify the price. A nearby café would offer better value. The bathroom partitions also squeaked when opened and needed adjustment and lubrication. Based on our experience, the rating is not justified.

Lower than our expected atmospher a little bit of cleanliness and staff

Didn't like: The location and room size were lower than our expected quality and size. The cleanliness of the room was good, but the entrance lobby and overall hotel atmosphere were not attractive.
