Well situated and comfortable. When the building works are completed and the gardens restored could be really lovely Good location, potentially lovely pair of small courtyard gardens, unfortunately spoilt by scaffolding and paint from ongoing building works. Breakfast, excellent choice of good quality food
Didn't like: Ongoing building works, pullout sofa bed almost impossible to open. Bedlinen and towels for the third person in the suite not anticipated.

Nice quiet hotel but spoilt by building works. Mainly very quiet, when the building work isn’t in progress. The hotel is well located close to two metro stations. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Didn't like: The property decor is a bit tired and has building works going on. The sound of the work is not too loud but they do start before 9 and it is noticeable. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom has a sliding door but no handles making it difficult to open and close from inside.

Wonderful anniversary trip - we really enjoyed ourselves. The property was lovely and located in a wonderful area of Paris with 2 metros located nearby making it very accessible. There is a market outside every week! Rooms were small but good for the price, and clean. We would stay again.
Didn't like: Although we weren’t told there would be construction when we were staying, it didn’t affect our stay and we enjoyed ourselves throughout. The lift is also very small.

Location was excellent. Lively neighbourhood. Restaurants, shops. Close to the Metro. Even à market in front of the hotel on one day. Staff were helpful.
Didn't like: The hotel entrance courtyard is under renovation. We would like a return to the hotel to appreciate the garden when completed

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, goid lication and free breakfast.
Didn't like: The dark and dated decor, paper cups in the room and instant coffee. The window was licked and frosted so it was impossible to see outside.

Friendly staff and comfy bed
Didn't like: Dirty bathroom. Weird bathroom window so could see in from the bedroom.

Staying at this hotel straight from a long and hectic flight was a quiet, calm and welcome relief. The rooms are small but they're beautifully set out. The breakfast was very good, the neighbourhood is very quiet and easygoing but it had lots of restaurant options - many of them very reasonably priced. And on one morning we came out to find the the entire street was filled with a market. It was marvellous! The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Didn't like: I wasn't crazy about the narrow, winding staircase but there was also an elevator. However, this is a popular little hotel and it's nice if you can do stairs well because at check-in/check-out times it can be a slow-go for the elevator.

We’d love to come back again It was easy to get to anywhere. Good bakery, restaurants and supermarkets

average hotel Breakfast is good, breakfast room is nice. Good shower water pressure for an old Paris hotel, though one has to wait for the warm water to start arriving.
Didn't like: Very thin walls between rooms, dirtyish carpets, poor water pressure in toilet flush, no response to gate bell call after 10pm for 10 minutes. It is an average quality hotel - make sure when you book that the room price reflects that.
