very bad experience this time. nothing!
Didn't like: From the first day of clogged sink, reported and for five nights it was never repaired. Internet on the sixth floor did not work, reported from the first day until departure five days later, never repaired. The liquid bath soap in the bathtub was empty and never filled.. I am a loyal customer everything was going pretty well since then but this time it was catastrophic. (I put aside the fact that there is renovation work so inevitably it is a little complicated but that is quite understandable).

Absolute Nightmare Stay – A Avoid at All Costs! The rooms are accurate to the photos and quite pleasant. Housekeeping cleans the bathroom daily, though the bed is made only every 2–3 days. The breakfast, while basic, was actually quite good.
Didn't like: Absolute Nightmare Stay – A Avoid at All Costs! I am honestly shocked that this hotel is rated 3 stars; it barely deserves 1. My stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. The entire property is currently under major renovation, yet guests are still being hosted. Breakfast was served in the middle of a construction zone, surrounded by dark lighting, drywall sheets everywhere, and unbuilt furniture boxes. The "reception" area consisted of two cheap school desks and chairs. Out of the three snack and water vending machines in the lobby, only two were working, and even those jammed almost every single time someone tried to use them. The elevator situation was intolerable. Out of three elevators, only ONE was working. Waiting times ranged from 10 to 20 minutes, leaving the reception perpetually crowded with angry, frustrated guests trying to reach their rooms. To make matters worse, the single working elevator repeatedly displayed a "surcharge" overload error. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, completely unmotivated, and visibly annoyed—it was clear they just wanted their shifts to end. Their English was basic at best, making simple communication a struggle. For instance, I had to explain how to issue a corporate invoice to four different staff members before it was done. However, they had no trouble understanding how to swipe credit cards instantly. If you are driving, be warned: the hotel uses an underground parking lot at a nearby Auchan, which feels like a scene straight out of a horror movie at night. I strongly advise women against using it alone. Finally, I strongly advise anyone with physical disabilities to avoid this hotel at all costs. The property is filled with architectural barriers, making it almost completely inaccessible. An experience to forget, a property to avoid, and a stay I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Okay Close to event we were attending
Didn't like: Only one lift working, waited 30 minutes because wheelchair couldn’t fit with other people in it

Pleasant stay Room was great!! Everything was clean, it’s a good amount of space for a couple. Hotel is far but there’s a subway station less than 1 minute away.. the exit stairs of the subway leave you in the front door of the hotel (google sometimes mess up with coordinates but you’ll see when you get there).
Didn't like: Elevators take a long time to arrive which makes you take the stairs. I missed an extra hanger for the towels in the bathroom.

The only reason we chose this hotel is because it was closer to Arena Grand.
Didn't like: Where to start, it is in one of the scariest and worst neighbourhoods of Paris, so be prepared to meet some shady characters. The area was dirty as hell. They were doing some work in the hotel and once when I was about to use the elevator one of the workers pushed me aside and started arguing with me that he is using the elevator now and I had to wait like 30 minutes until the elevator was free. The staff did not care about anything and was not helpful. The room was dirty and hot, it was not a pleasant stay. I only recommend this hotel if you need something Accessible and cheap for the Arena Grand event, otherwise avoid it.

Only the location. Staff was friendly as well.
Didn't like: The room was really small, hot and dirty. One of the plugs were not working.
