Staff were great and friendly! Service was great too! The rooms were very spacious and the facilities really good.
Didn't like: Breakfast was not much, the rooms had a lot of mosquitos.

The room was ok and swimming pool was excellent, big space and good for families members. Swimming pool and the parking spaces . Great location.

Had a very good time during lebaran 2026 I had a very good time staying with my family. The room was convenient. The food was good. The pool was awesome. The staff were nice. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The staff quite impolite. I booked through the ALL app and specifically chose a Superior Room with a Premium King Bed, pretty clear about wanting a King Bed. When I checked in, they confirmed the room had a King Bed, too. But when I got to the room, I found out the bed was actually a Hollywood setup, meaning two twin beds pushed together as a King, with no duvet. I told the staff at the front desk about it, and they said I could request a real King Bed through the phone or email. Honestly, the app or website should be clearer about whether the bed is a King, Hollywood setup, or twin beds. It felt like a scam, and the staff's response was rude and unprofessional. As an ALL member, I’m not sure I’ll ever stay at Novotel again. With all due respect, the management really needs to train the staff better.
