The hotel is overpriced, but its NY so I guess its expected. The only thing I liked was the proximity to time square which is why we chose that location. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the floor wasn't properly swept,we found human hair on the floor. Our stay was 1 night so we didn't make a big deal of it.
Didn't like: After my stay I was charged for a watching a movie on my bill which I didn't do. When I called to have it looked into, I spoke with someone who said they would investigate and get back to me and they never did. That changed how I feel about the whole experience.

Amazing stay. Great staff. It was very clean. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety to choose from.
Didn't like: The AC turned on and off randomly during the night while making a very loud noise. It was a bit frustrating considering how we were woken up.

I love staying at this hotel when I am in NYC because it is close to the train station, Broadway, parks, good restaurants, etc. They also let me leave my luggage there before check in and/or after check out.

I would rebook with this hotel over and over again! :) I loved how the hotel was close to the train station and site seeing places. Getting the train was easy as the station was right round the corner! The hotel was very clean and the view was exceptional with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and skyline :) I loved the friendly staff who were always happy to answer questions. I loved how the hotel had a shuttle bus transport near reception which was ideal when carrying heavy suitcases.
Didn't like: One thing I didn’t like was the elevator wait times. But wait times are 2mins max as there was 4 elevators to use which wasn’t bad.

Didn't like: The rooms close to the lifts are on the smaller side. But the staff were amazing in helping me with noise issues while I was staying there.
