Amazing stay. I will be staying here from now on when I visit New Orleans I everyone was so friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Convenient location to Smoothie King Arena and Superdome. Only a 5 minute walk

We enjoyed our stay there . 2nd time around . It has all the amenities your need and good restaurant I enjoyed my stay here . Other than housekeeping hassling us all the days we stayed there but that’s ok because we all have a job to do . The restaurants there were great , good service and good food . We were located right in the center of everything we wanted to do and see . Excellent location . If I’m New Orleans … this would be the place .
Didn't like: Upon departure we were locked out our room waiting 30 minutes to gain access to get our luggage out of the room because we were pass checkout time . We went to the front desk to let them know we were going out for breakfast 10:30 and we would be back to retrieve our luggage. We were assured that 12:00 pm was ok and they re-keyed our room card. Only to get back and no access then a long wait . Glad our flight was delayed.

Delicious breakfast I loved that it had several places to eat and how clean and friendly the staff was If you didn't want to leave you did not have to. Breakfast was a very large buffet spread everything you could think of at the tip of you fingers. also the breakfast was very tasty.
Didn't like: The vip retrieving you car to check out should have been quicker. i waited 1 hour before my car was brought to me for check out. everything else was excellent.

Nice hotel and location. Beautiful hotel with great customer service. Enjoyed the location and all the views of New Orleans. Valet parking was above average.
Didn't like: Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair in Sink and shower didn't seem clean and sanitized. Bed was a little hard and bedding stiff.
