It was a very comfortable room. Great pillows The staff were all very nice. Location felt safe abd convenient . Great location and Very good staff!

Didn't like: Bathroom had some cosmetic flaws.

Our one bedroom suite, with fully equipped kitchen was perfect for three nights in New Orleans! The breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of hot and cold choices! Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogart, fresh fruit, toast, bagels juices, and great Community Coffee! The presentation was beautifully arranged, the breakfast room was impeccably clean, as was the hotel! The staff at the front desk, the servers in the food area, housekeeping, and the doormen were very nice, helpful and made our stay very memorable!

Great!! This is truly a hidden gem. We came for an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary and attend an event. I loved the security of needed your room key to move about the property and to be able to get in and out.

Didn't like: The air conditioner unit in our room was a little noisy.

My stay was made truly exceptional by the outstanding and welcoming service from Ms. Southern U!!! Everything was excellent. Front desk clerk was awesome. She went above and beyond her duties (Ms. Southern University) This is the only place I will stay when visiting New Orleans.

Wonderful Stay! Highly recommended The suite was set up very nicely. With the bedroom and bathroom separated from the living room and kitchen, making it feel more like a condo. Very nice. We will be returning every year.
