Overall, very pleased Staff was very friendly and informative. Location was perfect for what I had planned.

Didn't like: Vending machine was empty. Had to go to a different floor for drink.

I had a great stay and will book again when I visit New Orleans. The room was excellent and the location was great.

Didn't like: The price for breakfast was too high.

Clean and perfect location. We walked the whole weekend with no problems.

Didn't like: The air in our room was not working properly! I reported the issue two days in a row. Maintenance guy came one time and it still wasn’t working properly. Not a good feeling when you coming in from the heat and trying to sleep
