Expected Better The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious—the coffee was amazing!
Didn't like: Unfortunately, the elevator situation really impacted our stay. The first night, only one elevator was working, which meant long waits just to get to our room. The next morning, after breakfast, we went back to our 8th-floor room to pack and check out, only to discover that all of the elevators were down. There were no signs, texts, emails, or communication from the hotel—we only found out from other guests walking down the stairs. My mother is 70 years old, and no one was sent upstairs to check on or assist guests. I eventually found someone who was kind enough to help with her luggage. For the amount we paid for one night, I expected much better communication and assistance, especially in a situation like this.

Front desk has nice staff.
Didn't like: Have been there twice. There is only one working elevator. The bartender lies and says the blender is always broken...nice menu of drinks, if they had a bartender that would use the blender.

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was only for one night and because it was close to the port area The only good thing about this hotel where the staff and that it was very close to the Miami Port where I had to board on the cruise
Didn't like: It was very cramped at reception area only one lift for 16 floors that was becoming quite hectic also carpets on the rooms I don’t think they are no longer needed also It wasn’t very clean.
