Everything was perfect. Clean beds, bathroom, shower, everything was excellent. It is also in downtown thus it is very easy to travel.

We arrived at 2 am because of a delayed flight, and your night staff made us feel so at home. They were absolutely wonderful. Also, the location was perfect to leave the next day for a cruise.
Didn't like: It was ice cold in the lobby ...like a freezer!!

I’ll be back. 100 % recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing location, modern hotel, and great atmosphere I had a really great stay at citizenM Miami Worldcenter. The hotel has a very modern, stylish, and energetic atmosphere, and the location is excellent for exploring downtown Miami and being close to the Kaseya Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. I especially liked the modern technology and the way everything is organized to make the most of the space. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel has a really cool overall vibe. The common areas are beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels youthful, fun, and different from a traditional hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m in Miami. Everyone at the property went above and beyond. The blonde girl at the bar she was so mazing also the blonde guy in the day time and Luigi. The bar was amazing
