Ripped me off

Didn't like: Ripped me off and refused to credit me backboard for double booked. Error with system and this hotel charged me 2x.

The view

Didn't like: Elevator out of service had to WALK UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS WITH OUR LUGGAGE. Water coming from the ceiling in the breakfast area 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 paid to much money for this type of out come AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK 🤔
