This is my 2nd stay at East Miami and I loved it even more. I loved my room and how comfortable the pillows and bed are. I love the location. I love the shopping plaza in the back of the hotel. I love the smell of the hotel.
Didn't like: No microwave in room.

We stayed in a suite in East and we loved it, it was clean and well stocked and a very good size. The staff were friendly and professional and the onsite pool and restaurant were also great, would recommend!
Didn't like: The breakfast offering wasn't great from the hotel and the location wasn't the most ideal as you basically needed a car or cab to get to Miami Beach but apart from those small things, we really enjoyed our stay.

Didn't like: Staff were rude - at Pool, sugar bar and reception It’s not a kid friendly hotel Room not sound proofed so you could hear rooms next door aswell as very loud street noise - especially cars drag racing next to the hotel, it kept us up on both nights

Nice location, overall bad experience and for close to $1000 for 3 nights i definitely expected more. The location, the views
Didn't like: The room wasn’t very clean, there was brown build up around the shower, someone spilled something from the balcony over ours and made the balcony very sticky on the railings, the noise you can hear doors slams as if ppl were entering your room. And housekeeping showed up at 7pm to clean, and when told to come back they called and kept showing up to the room
