We had a lovely stay.
Didn't like: Shortly before our stay, I received a message through Booking.com stating that check-in was available only until 12:00 AM, although this restriction was not stated in the booking policies. As we were travelling internationally with a connecting flight, this caused considerable and unnecessary stress. I sent two messages asking the hotel to confirm whether we would still be able to check in after midnight in case of a flight delay, and another one when the delay actually occurred, but unfortunately received no response. In the end, I had to make a rather expensive international phone call simply to clarify the situation. Only then was I assured that a late check-in would be possible. Everything was eventually resolved, but clearer information and a timely response would have been appreciated.

Free Breakfast was good. Also we were provided 2 free drinks upon arrival which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to Metromover and Metrorail. Used both during our stay to get around.

It was good. Room. Breakfast. Everything was fine. Location is good for people who like this zone.
Didn't like: The room door card key did not work one day. We had to go to the receptionist three times. They gave us 2 cards and did not work also. We missed over 80 minutes trying to get in to the room. We lost that day morning plan.

Best place to stay in the area! Everytime we go to Miami, this is where we stay! The vibe, the staff, the breakfast, the location, and accommodations is unmatched!
Didn't like: I wish is had ice machines and vending machines in the hallway on the room floors

Great location and value for your money! Staff were friendly and kept our luggage until our rooms were ready.
Didn't like: Front desk was very busy, long lines and a very slow process to check in. They were so busy, we never received notification that are room was ready.
