Funtastic! It was our first time staying, and the staff was always kind, we loved the valet parking, snack shop, and cafe. We also loved that the hotel was right where Little Tokyo is so we didn't have to travel far to explore it. Everything was pleasant, and we felt safe knowing that you had to have a room key in order to work the elevators, plus there was a security guard at watch for 24 hours. Would highly recommend.
Didn't like: The only thing wrong was the slight tear on the windowpane in our hotel room. Aside from that everything was wonderful.

Perfect! The bidet toilet is standard for the hotel, which is very nice! And breakfast is fantastic too!

There will not be breakfast on second floor anymore. Room is clean and big enough. 24-hour self-service store on ground floor.

Our flight was at 10.00 pm and we made a request for late check out, but wasn’t successful.

Very clean hotel with good facilities and accomodations in the heart of Little Tokyo. Best location possible in Little Tokyo, right at the heart of the main restaurants and shops. Convenient breakfast/coffee area, good selection of drinks and snacks. Good parking accomodations. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Firm beds. Quick running hot water.
Didn't like: No microwave. Small fridge had no frozen compartment. No bathtub. Difficult to insert and use your own firestick for TV apps.
