Terrific hotel with great amenities and staff. I’m definitely staying there again in the future The food at the center bar was so delicious! The best roast chicken I’ve ever had. Great service too, so kind and attentive
Didn't like: The only problem was a room neighbor with a barking dog late at night, that’s the only problem I can think of

I will definitely not come again. I go to more happy place close to beach. I liked location. I liked view. Pool. Staff friendly
Didn't like: I was truly discomforted that breakfast was not included was charged 35 dollars per person and was awful and we had to even wait in line. We booked three people and extra bed we got one bed next we got 2 small beds. I ve never seen bigger ignorance. Toilet in the ground floor was a mess. I think I understand why downtown looks as it looks next time we book hotel in santa monica. downtown is unhappy place.

Didn't like: The amenities were not the best. They could’ve done better. Only one camomile tea bag was put for two people. No slippers and a very tiny little bottle of body moisturizer. The shower gel barely does anything.

The front desk check was the worst check in EVER but overall the staff are very sweet and professional
Didn't like: The front desk employee who check us in made feel like we don't belong there but thank to the other employee from the Cafe lobby to the breakfast section, to the bell service and cleaning staff to the Varlet made our stay memorable and to forget about the front dest encounter. I will recommend it any day

Other than plumbing issues that could not fix with just plumber, it was an awesome 7 day stay. Manager on duty the afternoon of 8/20-23 (Male young man hispanic gosh I wish I got his name) is amazing and so on point. Very customer service oriented and knows how to make things right!!!! Give him a raise please... LOVE EVERYONE IN VALET PARKING. WESTIN BONAVENTURE HAS BEST PARKING IN AMERICA! VERY professional, friendly and helpful crew in valet parking! give them all a raise!
Didn't like: Our room 2861 blue elevator had plumbing issues... Smelled like pipes the whole visit and toilet did not have good flushing.
