A really comfortable place to enjoy LA The location is perfect. The view from the window is everything! The hotel super clean, comfortable and has a lot to offer, from laundry, pool, hot tub to restaurants and pubs.
Didn't like: All was ok. The upper deck maybe a bit dissapointing, watching the sunset through this really dirty glass is nothing special.

Had a great stay, will be back! The property was clean and the staff were friendly.
Didn't like: I didn’t like the way the elevator was set up. Found it to be annoying but I understood the logic.

Beautiful, however would not stay again because of the unnecessary fees and would stay at another hotel more reliable an Beautiful view, you get what you paid for.
Didn't like: I paid for valet but had to pay $40 again? Asked front desk and was told because it’s “Different company” which makes no sense when all valet employees work for the hotel. Payed extra $145 and only received $39.43 back when there was absolutely no damages or reason to not get my deposit back. Pool closed so early and never got to enjoy after a dinner, and tv should be updated.

Good infrastructure, bad service. Spacious room, good view, clean, ok amenities, bath tub is nice. Good infrastructure.
Didn't like: Untrained staff that rushed out checkin - just handed us a piece of paper that was supposed to contain all the info we needed. But actually had to ask where’s the breakfast to a random employee we met at the elevator (it was not in the paper). We came as a couple but there was only one pair of slippers and only one robe. There’s complimentary tea in the room but no way to heat water. A lot of items missing from the minibar. Unclear what’s complementary and what’s not. Vallet prices also unclear. Wanted a nicer stay but ended up disappointed for the amount paid.

Comfortable - have stayed here before and happy to come back the next time I’m in LA. Location was great! One of the best places to stay in downtown LA.
