A decent place to stay in downtown Burbank As it turns out, I had stayed here several times before, but it was a holiday and I believe.
Didn't like: The walls were paper thin and you could hear too much noise at night

Hotel location is good and close to restaurants, downtown Burbank and Universal Studios. Location and parking was very nice space and well lit up.
Didn't like: Hotel room cleanliness was not done multiple times and days, even after requesting it. Also to request cleanup you had to let the front desk know and there always is a line since there is only one person at counter most of the time.

It’s just ok but didn’t expect to find a bug in the room. My son was scared. It’s close to Universal studios

Don’t know if I would stay here again but I did love the location, very close to everything Loved the location, a lot of places to eat close by and a mall near by you can also walk to

It’s an ok place to stay because of the conveniences, but it needs updating. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Didn't like: Rooms need updating. No A/C in hallways. Elevators didn’t work.

We had a great stay! This hotel was perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and Great location! Conveniently located within walking distance of the mall, restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. Everything you need is close.

I love the fact that everything is walking distance.
Didn't like: The carpet and curtains in the rooms smell extremely bad and musty. Make sure to pack air fresheners.

We will stay there again. Hopefully the elevators will be in working order. Great location; very comfortable; staff were friendly and courteous.
Didn't like: Only 1 of the 2 main elevators was working during our entire stay (5 days) and the other one broke on the last day.
