We only stayed for one night while visiting universal and it was fine for that purpose. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel The pool area was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony I liked the free shuttle bus to universal
Didn't like: I feel the price for one night was expensive for what it was and does not even include breakfast

Locations is perfect for Universal Studios and Warner brother studios, specially with their shuttle service. All the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Didn't like: Parking is too expensive, can do for less money. Everything else is good!

Just the right amount of cool, family fun and comfort. The vibe and family feel. The movies by the pool were so great, and the hotel’s attention to detail is remarkable. We absolutely loved our stay.
Didn't like: The AC in the room was old, noisy, and we would either freeze or bake in the room multiple times throughout the night. Other than that, everything was spectacular.
