Fine but nothing special. The shared areas, like the lobby and hallways were a bit dingy. The front desk staff were ok, but not interested in going to the extra mile to assist.

Didn't like: On advertising room with view but the window so tiny the view I can see is the big hotel opposite and the busy road.

Great place to stay for a single night. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful with finding parking that was affordable.

Didn't like: There was no fridge in the room. The “cooler” provided in the room didn’t allow for food leftovers to be saved or to chill beverages. The bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. The sliding door was difficult to open/operate.

Not a single amenity, a view of a concrete wall- then just a bed and a bar of soap & an AI phone bot. Nothing, I can not believe the cheapest room is over $200 for NOTHING.

Didn't like: $9 water. No amenities, they give you off brand hand soap as body wash & a bar of soap. Appalling. Couldn’t get anyone but an AI bot on the phone. They couldn’t check me in because my ID was not of my married name, as though someone with the booking on their phone, and a husband with an ID of the very unique last name was somehow trying to steal my reservation and pay for it. Because I hadn’t paid for it yet. It was beyond this front desk lady how my last name could be different than the reservation and still be mine. The incompetence is unfathomable. What a waste of money, go to any other hotel in the area but this one.

Didn't like: Excessively priced, had to pay extra for valet parking that wasn’t all that protected, and I had to park my own truck.
