I appreciate the opportunity to be close to a venue in a clean, modern, & well-kept facility. The location was perfect for our needs to walk to Ball Arena. The rooms are new and clean. The staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed when a Lot of guests checked in at once. The check-in area is a little tight.

Didn't like: Waiting for elevators, almost at any time of day was frustrating. It is also unusual that the cleaning staff use the same elevators. I guess space for elevators was a planning issue.

The room and inside facilities are awesome, location central but a bit sketchy. The room was really really nice, spacious, very clean. Tv was good, with access to streaming services. Location was really central.

Didn't like: Although it was stated not to book a parking spot, the parking was full and we had to park outside and pay a lot of money and walk the streets with our luggage. Breakfast could be better, things ran out and no one filled them, it was a bit messy. Location is super central, but for us it was a bit sketchy with homeless people roaming the streets. It’s the same hotel as room2 by Hilton, it confused us a bit.
