The stay was decent but not as expected judging from the reviews. The room was very spacious with a very nice view of the mountains and part of the city (12th floor). The bed as well was very comfortable.

Didn't like: The Ventilation was noisy and there was no way to switch it off. The lights were all of a very cold hue and gave the room some sad vibes. Breakfast was ok but not excellent as advertised in the reviews.

Very dissappointing. Didn’t meet 4* standards at all. Incredibly overpriced for what it was Good location, comfortable bed

Didn't like: Loud, no fans in the bathroom, so stayed damp and smelled like mildew/bad and toilet smells, air conditioning didnt get very cool, and water went out one night. When I checked out, and was asked how my stay was, I told them disappointing. They didn’t even care to ask why. Just said “have a nice day”

Comfortable Stay Spacious rooms and breakfast.

Didn't like: There were issues with the bathroom faucets and drain on day 1 which got fixed later after lodging the complaint.
