A relaxing stay! I thought the location was excellent as 16 Street was very close.
Didn't like: I only had a couple of minor complaints that are not worth mentioning.

Was not worth the price Location
Didn't like: no amenities... no coffee or continental breakfast, no concierge to help with the area, no pool. Also housekeeping was poor - beds were made nicely but the inroom coffee and makeup removers were not refilled and the room was not vacuumed.

This hotel is ok for one night but the price is high for the privilege Modern, clean hotel. I like using bar soap, which was provided
Didn't like: There’s no shuttle service to Union Station. I don’t like shampoo dispensers. There was no coffee in the room or lobby The sink faucet was funky and barely operable

Didn't like: The ac was not working the first day of my stay room was super small for that price no pool the mini fridge was not working no microwave close to my room they only had one at the lobby valet parking was 67 a day and garage parking the first day was 30 and second day 7 you can not leave the parking ones you in it because you have to pay every time you leave. Bought a soda at the soda machine it said the soda was $2 and they charge my card 6.25 because they don’t accept cash. Would not stay again not worth the price.

All good. All good what you would expect from a 5 start Hotel.
Didn't like: Not much. I guess breakfast buffet could have more options.

It was a little disappointing. It was in a good location and a good looking area.
Didn't like: No swimming pool, the coffee cream was expired, breakfast wasn’t provided, it was expensive and it didn’t even give us a discount, the parking was very expensive because it cost $67 for one night and $134 for two nights so the expenses were over my budget.

Broken, busted, and over priced A friend and I stayed for one night over the weekend. Our first room had both end table lamps broken and asked for another room when we found that the carpet was soaked from the refrigerator. The second room only had one broken lamp, broken bathroom door, and the shower was either freezing or scolding. When opening the cabinet door to access the mini fridge the door was barely holding on with just one hinge, the bottom being completely broken off. The mattress was so thin and lumpy i had bed springs poking me in my ribs all night. There were 2 of each type of towels and no floor mat, having to use one of the hand towels for the floor. Was not what I was expecting for a $300+ room. The on-site restaurant was a joke. Its out in the open positioned between stairs, an escalator, and bathroom/ janitorial area. We ordered 2 cocktails, neither of which we could drink. Both tasting like pure gasoline and costing $19 each.
