Location and access

Didn't like: Poor facilities & lack of maintenance. Water issues appear to have been present for some time.

Location, value compared to other places we could have stayed, comfortable room, my date loved the pillows!

Didn't like: On me, but I should have asked for another set of towels. A/C guy was there when we arrived, did take about 20 m8n.for us to get in. Pics of balcony in ad didn't reveal all to ac units, etc.below. Overall, great stay and would come again!

Price was right Close to train station, and ballpark

Didn't like: Elevator would have been nice

private and comfy super convenient and relaxed, extremely private! comfy and easy to fit into, with exactly everything we needed.

Room was ok

Didn't like: No staff in person. Had to communicate thru texts or phone calls. Text was sent about a/c not cooling and couldn't get the TV to work. Was told a matinence would be sent to fix the problems. We left for the day and came back to find out nothing had changed.

Save your money. Stay somewhere else. Management is horrible. Definitely not what they advertised. Absolutely nothing

Didn't like: We booked and paid for two rooms, and property management acknowledged in their own messages that the rooms were hot and stuffy and apologized for the conditions. We informed them that we could not comfortably stay in the rooms and would be finding other accommodations. We were told maintenance would inspect the rooms and that we would receive an update, but that follow-up never came. We had to pay for two new rooms at another hotel, along with additional deposits, which significantly disrupted our trip. What is especially frustrating is how much the property’s story has changed. Their own messages contradict one another. Management initially acknowledged and apologized for the rooms being hot and stuffy, but they are now backpedaling and claiming the rooms were fine because maintenance supposedly determined the units were “working.” We have requested the actual maintenance documentation, including what tests were performed, temperature readings, and how they determined the rooms were adequately cooling—not simply whether the system turned on. None of that documentation has been provided. To make matters even more concerning, some of the messages that were previously visible in the Booking.com app are now no longer appearing in our message history. Thankfully, I screenshotted the conversations and still have documentation of what was originally communicated to us. We paid hundreds of dollars for two rooms we could not reasonably use and then had to pay for another hotel. Based on the conditions, lack of follow-through, and contradictory explanations afterward, I absolutely would not recommend this property. Not to mention for 13 hours of parking at the mercantile parking lot was $290!!!

Great location, simple process

Didn't like: Excessive late check out fee (100 per hour), towels a bit smelly

Ok Room was fine. Never saw any staff. Older people with luggage would have problems with the steps

Didn't like: No elevator and nobody on site

All directions were great, Room and building clean and up to date

Didn't like: Only issue we had was with the main door code unlocking the first try. But that may have been user error?

Would not ever come back. No breakfast at all.

Didn't like: Paid almost $200 a night just to be woken up in the night from the nightclub downstairs and all we had in our room was a bed and bath could not even turn the tv up or turn it off. Had nothing complimentary except earplugs. Definitely was not worth the price. Also had no parking either had to pay $100 extra for parking which is ridiculous. Would not recommend to stay here for anyone.
