Over all we had a great stay , very polite staff I love the staff an the hotel . It was in a great location

Didn't like: The $70 dollar a day for valet parking . There should have been a free valet parking for how much the stay was . The breakfast was horrible

A very good place to stay in Chicago downtown The hotel is very good; both the bedroom and the living area—which included a sofa bed—were spacious. The kitchenette was very well-equipped with appliances, dishes, and cutlery, and the bathroom was nice; everything was spotless. There is a convenience store next to the reception area selling drinks and snacks. The location is great, allowing you to explore downtown Chicago on foot, and there are many restaurants in the area.

Didn't like: The complimentary breakfast is very basic, and the living room sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and only had a single sheet.

Great location but construction was definitely a problem. Location was great. Spacious suite.

Didn't like: The restaurant manager shouted at guest who were late for breakfast. Under maintenance and repairs, it was very loud after 8am. And lobby facilities suffered from the effects of the construction. We didn’t know about the construction until we arrived.

The proximity to Oak Street Beach was wonderful! Felt very safe walking around solo in the evening hours. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Didn't like: I paid extra for a lake view room but unfortunately, scaffolding and construction was set up directly outside of my window during my only morning. However, when I addressed this with staff, they made adjustments and were very courteous.

Great location and suite, but breakfast hours, lobby cleanliness, and parking need improvement. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The suite was spacious, clean, and very well equipped with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay, including household essentials and appliances. I was completely satisfied with the room and had a wonderful experience.

Didn't like: The biggest disappointment was the condition of the lobby. The carpet was extremely dirty, and the chairs and sofas were stained to the point where I did not feel comfortable sitting on them. I also found the weekday breakfast hours (7:00 AM to 9:00 AM) too limited. Since I was on vacation and typically woke up around 8:30 AM, I missed breakfast every weekday, even though complimentary breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. On weekends, breakfast was served until 10:00 AM, which was much more convenient. The breakfast selection was also quite limited, consisting mainly of potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, and apple juice. Finally, I felt that the valet parking fee was unreasonably expensive.

Great location for our needs but very expensive for very moderate quality. Location
