Great stay on magnificent mile It was well located, near a beach and a ton of good restaurants to eat. The room was spacious and clean.

Disappointed every time we walked into the room

Didn't like: The hotel needs to be updated. The rooms did not smell good ie, smelt as if the person before me was smoking/vaping marijuana.

Didn't like: The staff forgot about an add on package I requested to be ready when I got there. I had to ask for a pack and play several times

For the price, I would not recommend this room. I can't speak for any of the other rooms. The size of the room and layout was nice. 29th floor. Room 2716

Didn't like: The furniture was old noisy and not very comfortable. The counter / sink area was really old. And tall. the microwave was under the cabinet on the right side and you literally had to lay on the floor to access it. The sink wouldn't even hold a standard size plate. The TV in the living room had lines through it. The main entry door was so noisy and somewhat difficult to open and close.
