Great The staff was super friendly.

Didn't like: The food was too Americanized. Could use an authentic Mexican section for dishes. I ordered room service one night and it never came.

First time in Cabo at Dreams I thoroughly enjoyed Dreams! I chose a 1 bd which offered 1200 sq ft of space. Very roomy. Didnt enjoy the loudness of the entertainment staff at the main pool. Wish there were more pickleball options as the only court was a makeshift court. The concierge staff work really hard to provide you with entertainment options. The housekeeping staff great job at keeping your room tidy.

Absolutely amazing! My granddaughter and I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend and I am a meeting planner so I spen Absolutely gorgeous location on the beach. Great island vibe. The service was off the charts amazing. But the best of the best was their food. Truly believe this is the best food in Cabo no matter what restaurant you visited.

Cabo's best resort By far the best overall Cabo resort we have ever been to. Food options and nor restaurant reservation hassles. Staff was amazing. We will be back very soon!

The place is beautiful, but payment issues, varying quality and pests made it sour. -The resort’s architecture is lovely, and the gardens are exceptionally well-kept and lush. -The entertainment team were great with the kids and brought fantastic energy to the daily activities without ever feeling intrusive or overly pushy. -The pool stayed open until dark, was a great feature for evening swims. -Overall, most of the staff members were warm and welcoming, doing their best despite noticeable operational strain (with a minor exception at the café, where service felt visibly disengaged).

Didn't like: (!) Price Discrepancies & On-Site Markup: We booked under the "Your kids stay for free" condition. A small technical mistake on the age (4 years instead of 2) of one of our kids caused a big markup in the price when arriving. the Hotel decided that despite the promotion, our kid needed to pay extra. Booking.com did not help resolve this issue! (!) Misleading "Ocean View": Be cautious when booking "Ocean View" rooms—our room had barely any view of the ocean. The rooms to reserve noticeably lacks clear room-type example photos for these categories. On-site retail prices are also exorbitant (e.g., $36 USD for a basic bottle of sunscreen). The rooms are outdated, noisy and the installations are somewhat dirty. Bars and restaurants have huge differences in quality.

Restaurant Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Breakfast Experience at World Café! During our stay at Dreams Cabo Resort, our party of nine had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at World Café every morning, and we could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived each morning, Yaneri, the hostess, and Captain Lloyd made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and accommodating to all of our needs. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality truly made our mornings special. They went above and beyond to make sure our large group was comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire waitstaff was also wonderful. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, attentive, and always nearby whenever we needed anything. Despite having a party of nine, the service was consistently excellent throughout our entire stay. What really stood out to us was the personal attention, kindness, and consistency we received every single morning. Yaneri and Captain Lloyd are truly exceptional at what they do, and their hospitality helped make our vacation even more memorable. A huge THANK YOU to the entire World Café team for making us feel like valued guests every morning! We will definitely remember the wonderful service and warm welcome we received, and we highly recommend World Café to anyone staying at Dreams Cabo Resort. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dreams Resort in Cabo is a 10/10 My wife and I stayed at Dreams resort in Los Cabo’s with our three young kids for 10 days and had a wonderful time there!! We’ve done different all-inclusive resorts and Dreams was definitely in the top tier; the food was probably the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Highly recommend going to the French restaurant and trying their filet mignon and escargots, it’s an adults only restaurant but luckily Dreams offers a kids Club where the kids loved staying! Special shout out to Andy, Pao, Tomy and Sandy for being amazing with the kids. The pool experience was great and loved the daily pool activities. Trivia, games, dance and fun family party vibe all around. Manuel was a 10/10 running the show! Like I mentioned, the food was great and we loved having 24 hour access to room service as well as the cafe with pastries, ice cream, sandwiches, salads etc. Coco Cafe staff (Meredith, Rosario, Brenda and Karla were the best!) Highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a great Cabo experience

Preferred Club Ocean View is worth it! I gave this resort 5 stars because we opted for the upgraded Preferred Club ocean-view swim-out suite. Had we stayed in a standard room, I probably would have rated the resort closer to 4 stars. The upgraded room absolutely made our trip and, in my opinion, was worth it! Our room was large and luxurious, and having our own swim-out pool while looking at the ocean, hearing the waves, and relaxing right outside our room was amazing. We honestly never even went to the main pool because it was pretty crowded and loud, with lots of younger kids running around. My daughter is 12 and was over that vibe as well. This resort would be great for families with younger children because the waterslide is fairly small. The swim-out rooms with a pool view overlook the adult pool and don't really have an ocean view, but they appeared to be quieter than rooms near the main pool. For us, though, I would absolutely choose the ocean-view swim-out again. The breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of selections. One thing to know: they close promptly at 11:30 a.m., and they really do want everyone out at 11:30, so plan accordingly! We were very impressed with the dinners. The food was consistently good, and the restaurant wait staff were wonderful. The one area that was lacking was nighttime entertainment. We were there over a weekend and there weren't any real shows—mostly some light music and a game night. The dance club was almost always empty when we went in. My daughter wanted to sit with us and listen to karaoke one night, but we were told no one under 21 was allowed inside, so we had to leave. The bartender there also seemed like he really didn't want to be there, which stood out because most of the other staff throughout the resort were so friendly. Housekeeping was also a little difficult to get, even though we tipped well. We usually just called when we needed something. One evening we called for coffee pods, creamer and clean cups. When we returned to the room, the dirty towels were still lying on the floor and the dirty cups were still on the table—but a $14 Monster energy drink my daughter had purchased with her own money was gone. We were pretty upset about that. Thankfully, the manager handled it very well and brought her two new cans, which we appreciated. Overall, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient. Uber rides to both Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo were easy and inexpensive. One day we walked about 15 minutes down to the swimmable beach in front of the Hilton. It was beautiful and definitely worth visiting, but I would recommend taking an Uber back. After spending time at the beach, the walk back felt much harder—especially walking against the wind! We would absolutely stay here again. I'm already missing our swim-out pool, and the amazing bartenders who kept the margaritas coming! 🍹🌊
