Disappointing experience surprised by hotel and marriot The lobby was pretty and the bar staff was very nice.
Didn't like: 1. Size of room - if I had realized it was a pod hotel I would not have made reservation. Size of room and bathroom were by far the smallest I have ever been to and I travel to New York and Europe quite a bit. 2. A/C could not control it enough and often there was no air circulating in the room 3. Lack of human (staff) contact. The bar staff was great every where else it was nice non-existent. 4. Restaurant is not really a restaurant, it is a bar with a limited menu and no table service. 5. Staff was vacuuming lobby at 10pm on Saturday night when the lobby and bar were full of people. Usually this is done much later.

Buyer’s remorse. Maximum of one person should stay in room. Location.
Didn't like: Room was smaller than cabin on a cruise ship. Bed was wall to wall with no way to get out without climbing over the other person in the bed. Shower and toilet were in a plastic pod. No privacy when using the toilet. Everything in room was operated using a mini iPad. Unable to operate lights independently. $300 a night, way overpriced.

The esthetic of the hotel and location
Didn't like: The A/C wasn't blowing. Stagnant airflow. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned having an issue before. They reset something but still nothing. Got terrible sleep the entire stay without being able to open a window. I spoke to the front desk a second time and they said they would look into it and bring me a fan until then. Neither happened

Beautiful facility, clean and safe The breakfast was fine, but the menu should have changed from day to day to include hot options other than eggs, sausage and potatoes and bacon.
Didn't like: Should have included waffles and our pancakes.

Simple Location was good, room was satisfactorily clean, moderately comfortable bed.
Didn't like: I’d describe it as bare necessities; 1 towel each, 1 facecloth … I have to assume for both of us and a box of tissues.
