Hotel in great location, in between Pike Street and The Space Needle. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. I asked if I could put medicine into their fridge and a fridge was delivered to my room in 4 minutes. If you asked anyone a question they would spend time just talking to you. Each and everyone was amazing.

Didn't like: My room could have done with a lick of paint but other wise the hotel seemed well maintained

Staff was super friendly, lobby has all sorts of nice games to play, free refillable water bottle, free drink upon arrival.

Didn't like: The structure of the hotel is a bit old, it's been renovated but eg bathroom shows the 'original' state (that was renovated with some paint eg)

We loved the quirkiness of the whole place. The thought that went into all the details in our room was very nice. On arrival you are given a card for a free drink and pineapple shaped cookies are on the bench at check in. Very nice to have a walk in shower.

It was mediocre. Not terrible but not great Staff was very friendly

Didn't like: It was old and outdated and the cafe had no food. I asked for different pillows and never received them

Friendly and welcoming staff.

Didn't like: Environment felt like it could an extra step, better artwork, or something. I apprecuayed the no fuss aspdct but there are ways to achieve that and still feel mor cozy comfy.
