Great for the price Staff was very friendly and helpful, good location, nice pool.
Didn't like: A little dirty, and on our third night they roomed a family with loud children in the room next door

Best place to stay with airport shuttle. Staff was very helpful. Loved the perks like popcorn, cookies, etc

I believe I should have be entitled to a partial refund. The room was handicapped assist. The beds were way to low to the ground for a personin a wheelchair to even consider going from a higher position to a lower when you have no use of your legs. Same with the sofa bed was even lower. The TOLITE was not high handicapped.size. the 🛁 bathroom had a tub with bars. I could notbuse that facility at all.
Didn't like: I believe that since the room was advertised as handicapped. When I arrived the choice of furniture as long as the bathroom was was far from being up to code for wheelchair ♿️

Me and my family didn't get the breakfast because we were told we couldn't take it to our room. I usually get the breakfast for all of us so my wife and k8ds could eat while they get ready. The room was very good we liked that the restroom was in hallway and not the room. The beds were good.
Didn't like: Being able to take our breakfast to our room and the way we had to get to our room from the parking lot.

It was great! Everything is clean and the upgrades are so nice. The layout is nice. Rooms have plenty of space.

I like the place, it was fair with the price. It wasn’t noisy from the nearby streets. I had no problem with checking in or out. I recommend.

Eonderful Have always loved this Brand. A perfect example of why is Anthony who was our server for dinner. Born and raised in Phoenix he has been at this one hotel for 22 years. An exemplary employee!

Steak nachos for the win Steak nachos were amazing. Huge and delicious. I'm sure they were premade but nonetheless they were excellent. Anthony was friendly and efficient.
