Good hotel but not great. Great location with regular ferry to downtown.
Didn't like: Staff were lacklustre and it took 2 visits to reception and a wait of 2 hours to get some clean towels delivered.

False Room Descriptions Pretty Hotel, great pool, nice location.
Didn't like: Booked a room with a King Bed plus sofa bed option through booking.com. Upon arrival that type of room wasn’t an option at hotel. Hotel front desk basically told us “it’s not their problem”. Booking.com said the same.

Lovely stay, will definitely be back for a longer stay! The staff was fantastic! Everyone we encountered from Michelle at check-in, to the pool bartender were lovely! Great hotel, with fun nightly amenities like s’mores, crafts, etc.
Didn't like: A little updating is needed, like the tub paint peeling, however everything was clean. That was very minimal to us and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Great place to discover Savannah from. Nice location on the river. Great pool area. The bar was enjoyable, good atmosphere, live music and staff. The free river taxi to town was easy and reliable. If you like golf it's a perfect location. Big and comfortable rooms.
Didn't like: The restaurant looked uninviting, we ate at the bar downstairs which had good lighter bites. The location is good as it's peaceful but you have to be prepared to drive or use the water taxi which means you have to be prepared and plan your timings.

My stay was the best hotel stay I can remember. I've been telling everyone. The service was exceptional. Westin's front desk has the most friendly, professional reps I have every encountered.

Excellent Birthday “Staycation” at the Westin Stayed here with a group of friends last weekend for my birthday “staycation” (we all live in Bluffton/savannah/charleston). The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful to our group since we got there early because we had rented the pool cabana from 10-7 Saturday, which was such a great time. The pool servers were very attentive and all the food we ordered for lunch was very good. The Westin was kind enough to upgrade all of our rooms and even upgraded me to the Presidential suite which was incredible! Unfortunately we had a bad experience for my birthday dinner at the Aqua Star restaurant, but, the Westin tried their best to make up for it by delivering chocolate strawberries to my room, a fruit platter in the morning, and credited me 12,000 Bonvoy points which was appreciated. Me and a few of my friends went to the spa Sunday morning for massages which was a wonderful experience and a great way to end the weekend. After we had checked out, I noticed I was charged an extra night of valet so I called to inquire and they immediately took the charge off with no issue. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, I will definitely be back for another “staycation” or a resort pass at the Westin in the future!
