Acceptable one night stay after flight from UK but could have been a lot better. Location with view over bay. Also proximity to airport after 12 hour flight from UK.
Didn't like: No help from door staff and no luggage cart available. Long line up to check in. No shuttle bus from airport.

The stay was great, the hotel offers discounts to nearby restaurants. Enjoyed my stay The property was located in a nice area on the bay. Good location if seeing a game at Petco Park was able to take the trolley there. Easy access to parking from hotel.
Didn't like: The only qualm I had with the property was the state of the pool. The tiles on the wall were a bit dirty and cracked could use a upgrade.

Just a beautiful stay at a way to appreciate America’s finest city and most beautiful! It’s beautiful if you get the balcony with the water view
Didn't like: You need to keep the sliding door open in the bathroom. Otherwise it might get off the track and you will be stuck in the bathroom.

It was okay for one night. It was okay. I liked that it was easy to get to. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The room was clean, I wished I was told more about the facilities available at check in.
Didn't like: The room felt every outdated but the balcony was nice. There is so much parking available onsite but with a charge.

Nice Hotel Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Customer Service is great. You can have nice views. It's a good hotel for Family groups with little kids since it has a nice pool.
Didn't like: Parking lots , even you have to paid the parking lots nigth used that doesn't warranty you to have a spot .

The stay was great the staff friendly and the location was at a perfect spot for walking distance. The location was perfect it was walking distance for the Seaport Village and the USS Midway Museum. Also restaurants were close by as well.
Didn't like: The pool needs to be clean more and updated. Also I didn't see a lifeguard what is the reason for that?
