A perfect location in Little Italy. The location was appreciated and the staff was excellent.
Didn't like: Our room was small, just one chair. The HVAC fan was on high or off. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

Good for a short stay and low expectations Really good location and friendly staff.
Didn't like: Standard room design is unintuitive and awkward (sink outside the bathroom and closer to the bed). The window didn't have a view. The TV had no streaming option.

Nice Location, Nice Service Urban Boutique Hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy, which is a great area to explore. But what I really appreciated most about this hotel was the staff. They truly took care of me whenever I had any trouble or needed help. Especially, Macy was wonderful. She often anticipated what I was worried about before I even asked and always gave me the best advice. Thanks to Macy and the other staff members, I had a really wonderful time at Urban Boutique Hotel. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality!

We booked a room and they gave us the smallest room I've stayed in and the breakfast was a joke. Stale croissants everyday are very noisy every night day.

We will stay another time. Professional and friendly front desk personnel. Location for us was perfect.
Didn't like: Cleanliness could be improved. Several areas in the bathroom appeared to have black mold. 🥲

Didn't like: I sent a message to the property asking if I could get breakfast earlier because they were picking me up. When I did check in I told the lady if I could take the breakfast in a bag she said yes. Next morning, the man who was in charge said that I could not make a coffee. Everything was set up. Also, he didn’t even have a bag for my extra clothes. I want a refund. I am still waiting on my refund

I really liked the spaciousness of the room and the new furniture. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The breakfast, however, was a little limited. I would suggest adding some fresh options, such as fruit, yogurt, or cereal. The parking service was excellent, with an automatic gate and a safe, secure area. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Great location friendly staff. Great location walking distance to the waterfront and around the corner from little Italy. Clean updated rooms for an older building. Secure and easy in and out parking garage for $25. Small continental breakfast but good quality yogurt and bake goods.
