excellent location, friendly staff, felt safe Excellent location! short easy walk even with luggage from termini station. Decent breakfast. Friendly and english speaking staff. Smart tv. Good shower flow but kind of small like everything in europe. Safe in the room, I had balcony, so its a bonus.
Didn't like: No hot water for 24 hours when I arrived. Internet was cutting out, so it would drop my calls because I was doing wifi calling. 2 beds pulled together was kind of pointless because sleeping in the middle was not comfortable at all. May be better value if price was much lower.

Good value hotel in a great location with a great breakfast. Very tired furnishings but comfortable. I just need a bed for the night whilst passing through the city (such a shame, I know) but I thought this was a good deal given the location and price. The room was in an annex seperate from the main hotel (round the corner and into a side door) and it was the top floor (sixth). The lift was a bit unique but only went to floor five but that didn't bother me. The room was of adequate size and I'm going to say quality and cleanliness but very, very tired (see later). The bathroom was clean and modern, the TV worked and there was a balcony (for smokers essentialy as it wasn't the most appealing view of an inner Rome courtyard). The breakfast was inclusive and although it was served in the main hotel reception requiring a toddle round the corner, it was absolutely exceptional. For the location, the price was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful - I was able to obtain an iron no problem at all.
Didn't like: The shower was barely lukewarm the following morning despite waiting a while - perhaps due to being top floor? This side of the hotel was extremely dated. I'm not going to say dirty just extremely worn., The carpets in the hallways had been worn to the backing! The balcony WAS dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all year and it and the plastic table and chairs were covered in thick city grime.

Just short of terrible Not much the location was about it
Didn't like: No hot water, horrible breakfast, having to ask 2 or 3 times to get things done, no control of AC or heat in room....

Good location very close to Termini station...and that's all
Didn't like: VERY BAD BARGAIN: room is very expensive for what you get: very small room, not practical at all, cheap fittings, cheap breakfast, staff totally indifferent to customers...easy to get a much better bargain in the same location

Avoid This Hotel for Business Travel – No Invoices, No Communication The hotel’s location was convenient and close to the train station. It could be an option for a short stay if you don’t need an invoice.
Didn't like: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Stromboli Hotel. Despite sending dozens of messages requesting an invoice, I never received one. Even worse, the hotel completely ignored all my messages and made absolutely no effort to respond or resolve the issue. I was traveling for business and needed the invoice to submit my expenses to my employer. Their failure to provide it put me in a very difficult situation at work and caused serious problems. What makes this even more concerning is that three of my colleagues stayed at the same hotel on separate bookings, and ALL THREE experienced exactly the same problem. None of us could reach anyone at the hotel, and none of us received an invoice. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If you are traveling for business and need an invoice or receipt, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Their lack of communication and basic customer service is shocking.

Didn't like: Todo estuvo bien.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting Rome. The room itself was comfortable, had basic amenities, and the space was overall spacious. Everything worked fine until I tried running hot water in the shower after 10pm. The hotel has centralized air conditioning, but you're still able to slightly change the temperature in your room. Even when I was having issues, the staff were super helpful in finding a fan and checked in before and after. The location is great since there are different sets of transportation available for visitors (metro, trains, buses) within 10 minutes walking distance.
Didn't like: The location can feel a bit unsafe since its quite slow at night, making it a bit more wary for travelers.

The hotel is located right next to Rome Termini train station. You can easily travel to any part of the city as it is very well connected to all public transport options. The staff at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. They did a great job!
Didn't like: The rooms are outdated and in need of a major renovation. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the bed lined was very poor quality. I'd only recommend this place if you're staying in Rome for 1 or 2 nights. It's good for a short stay. You get what you pay!
