Terrible neighborhood
Didn't like: Breakfast was supposedly included. It was a cardboard box, only coffe to drink, with a wrapped turkey sandwich that was inedible.

The place was acceptable for the charges.
Didn't like: I forgot a pair of shoes and wanted them kept for someone to collect on my behalf but they were stollen from lost and found.

Convenient to the cruise terminal The staff.
Didn't like: The breakfast was a bit odd…a bag of packaged foods andbrewed coffee. The hotel is in a light industrial area. Few restaurants and cafes.

Location is good, really clean, no unpleasant odors, food is fair Close to Queen Mary 2
Didn't like: Brown bag breakfast was ok. Not like other hotels with hot choices. Could at least have both cold & instant hot cereals, as well as hard boiled eggs.
