Great view, super hotel in WTC area Huge room space, great view on WTC One, close to the metro station. Helpful staff, I asked for room change due to the noise in the room and my request was approved.
Didn't like: Corner room was noisy.

Didn't like: Despite having breakfast included in room price, I was charged extra 30 dollars for it and the staff is ignoring my requests to refund. Disappointing.

Fantastic base, funky designs and fabulous views. Location was A*. Couldn’t of chosen a better base. The view into the Hudson was out of this world.
Didn't like: Had requested a cot and kettle for our baby and it was confirmed. Neither was there when we arrived. Aluminium water bottles were supposed to be in room also and it was just normal bottled water.

amazing stay, highly recommended! the room was superb, the location -even though some might say it's very downtown- was great as you had a subway station right outside the hotel. breakfast was really really good, with great options as well. overall exceeded my expectations. the hotel was recently renovated so great space as well. also a shoutout to everyone at security that were so attentive on all my online shopping!

Comfortable and excellent location Excellent location for restaurants, WTC, subway and visiting family
Didn't like: Had an issue with reservation as we had to cancel room for one night due to flight delays. Being passed back and forward between online booking site and hotel staff- still not resolved.

It was ok The registration area for guests and the bathrooms had hand soap and lotion. Extended complimentary late check out.
Didn't like: The restaurant was overpriced and the food was mediocre. Lack of space in the rooms. More closet space. The ice machine was in a dingy area of the hotel. No bell person.
