An easy and comfortable stay. It was comfortable and the location was good.
Didn't like: It wasn’t the cleanest, the vacuuming had not been done everywhere.

Was a very comfortable hotel with basic amenities provided. Overall satisfied.
Didn't like: The breakfast was very simple, though I would've liked a bit more variety and options. Can't complain too much as it was apart of the booking. The hallway on our floor was a little dirty, and the floors at the lobby were quite sticky for some reason.

It was terrible. The checking staff was horrible and rude.
Didn't like: We waited over an hour and half after 4pm checkin for a room to be ready and did not get the room type we reserved. We reserved a king room months ago and had to settle for a room with 2 double beds! They provided no discount even though we had to sit in the car for 1.5 hours waiting for a room and we had to sleep in separate beds.

Had a great time for the first visit to Nashville and the Hotel was excellent. shuttle to downtown was great. location was perfect
Didn't like: just the water pressure in the shower was weak

Comfortable stay for 2 nights, out of town which was nice and quiet but a convenient half hourly shuttle bus to Downtown The shuttle bus and pool
Didn't like: Bit dated and a rude male member of staff behind the front desk when we arrived. The lady however was very pleasant

I can say the stay was not bad, there is just a few things that could have more attention A really good price with shuttle service & close proximity to downtown.
Didn't like: Rooms are outdated. For breakfast there should be a plain meat for people who doesn’t eat a “casserole” type dinner sh with everything mixed in it. There was multiple gnats everywhere on the bar when we went in for dinner.
