Hotel itself was nice but all the extra fees felt like a money grab. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was kind. Easy to get to.
Didn't like: Having to pay extra for breakfast. An extra $25 a day for parking was absolutely ridiculous given the price of room per night.

We stay here every time we go. We live the rooms have bathtub instead of just shower. My autistic son won't use a shower. The pool is great and it's always clean

Staff was friendly. Room was a good size.
Didn't like: Location was mid. Its surrounded by parking lots over looking an industrial area that didn't feel safe walking around at night. The hotel offered a free shuttle into town which was nice, but the shuttle ended early (maybe 8pm?) so we had to uber back. The location is fine if you have a car, its less than a 10 minute drive into the city. However it is not walkable. The exception is the Nissan Stadium was in walking range.

Outstanding! It was an outstanding location to stay at for the Ole Miss football game. Shuttle service to downtown was convenient too! The bar was awesome and Shasta, the bar tender was outstanding!
Didn't like: Nothing, except you have to pay to park.

It was good value for the price and the good staff made the stay enjoyable. I paid extra to have breakfast every morning. The breakfast was better than the usual at hotels where it is included. We also ate at the bar some. It was quite good. The check-in person was very helpful, the hotel shuttle driver was excellent as were the breakfast hostess, and the bartenders.
Didn't like: Housekeeping was disappointing, but the front desk brought extra towels promptly. The location is not ideal but the courtesy shuttle did make that more convenient.

Pleasant Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the beds were huge and comfortable, amazing to have a shuttle service downtown. I appreciated the coffee station and fell in love with the mini coffee creamers, I brought 2 big bottles to take home to the Uk 😊

Confortable stay with reasonable parking price for the area. Comfort, amenities, and secure parking. The taco truck by the gas station nearby had some delicious food!
Didn't like: Would have loved if the shuttle to DT ran a bit earlier/later, but we had a car so this was not really a big issue.
