We love this hotel when coming to Nashville!! We love how close it is to Broadway!!! Just a short walk!!! Rooms are very nice and clean!!

Loved the free breakfast and food in the evening! The free popcorn was also a great touch!! The beds were super comfortable and the hotel is a few minute walk from Broadway which was really handy!! You also get 3 free alcohol drinks each night in the hotel which we couldn't believe! We didn't even use them all but it was an unexpected great touch!

5 stars all the way All the staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. My brother came up to visit us for one night and they said since we were gold members staying 4 nights, he could park his car for free one night in their lot. Staff helped us with ordering uber two times. I had a medical issue and they were very helpful in giving us our options of what to do and where to go. We really appreciated the 5 star service! Clean and comfy rooms. Good food with many choices. My son has stayed here several times and he actually booked this hotel for us. Location was great to the main downtown area. :)
Didn't like: No complaints whatsoever. 5 stars!

Very clean, friendly staff, would recommend. Very clean, great location, exceptional staff. Very warm and welcoming.
Didn't like: Reservation was scheduled for check in by 3 and when we arrived the room wasn’t available. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with free parking and the ability to go to the amenity floor. However, we didn’t get a call that our room was ready and we had to have the bartender call and check. Didn’t give us our free drink and food tickets until we actually checked in and it was 6:30, tickets only good until 7. Put us a little behind in getting to our planned activities. Wasn’t a deal breaker but would’ve liked an update before we got to the hotel.
