Ok Location

Didn't like: They forgot us during check in time. Waited two hours while others after us got rooms. I finally went to the counter and they had totally forgot us.

Hotel was in great location, easy and safe walking access to the NU Stadium. Hotel room was large, clean, and quiet. Self parking and valet was available for a charge.

stay was pleasant. Just boring due to no television. I went to the front desk shortly after arriving. The television in the room was not working. Upon check out i spoke with the manager about requesting some of my money back. They said since I didn't book with them. They couldn't refund me. But to reach out to you all to start the process of some type of refund.

Every time we are in Miami we prefer the Sheraton.Very close to public transportation. Check in and check out friendliness front desk and bar personnel.

Didn't like: Cleaning of the room.
