It was ok but definitely room for improvement The views were pretty nice from the 5th floor. Location allowed easy access to downtown, the beach, and other attractions around the city.

Didn't like: Property was ok. Road access could definitely be improved. Some potholes in the road way entrance from one side. Changed rooms twice for blinds not opening and closing properly. One set of blinds actually fell to the floor completely. Slow draining sink and in on room the refrigerator wasn’t working. All rooms should have microwaves.

It was good and had everything I needed it Comfy bed and very clean. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. Location around the airport very convenient for a short stop in Miami.

Didn't like: One elevator was not working so at times depending it was a bit crowded.

Great hotel. Staff were excellant. Room was big and comfy. Pool was nice. Close to airport for reurn home. would stay again. Lots of tv to watch as well. We would stay here again.

Didn't like: More shops and restaurants need to be by the hotel.

Location

Didn't like: Ran out of breakfast before 9:30 am and when I complained about the service your staff informed me that am the only one complaining about not have adequate supply . I told him that why do we have to scrap for food, the food ran out before the cut of time and serving a bunch of garbage. If breakfast supposed to be from 6:30- 9:30 am also he informed me that it’s free could you please explain to your staff that it’s not free it’s in the room rate
