Guests may also use the Courtesy Phones located in baggage claim.Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.Cruise shuttle sign-up is completed upon arrival and is based on availability. Shuttle service to the cruise port is first-come, first-served. Very convenient for a short stay. Super convenient, specially the airport shuttle. Vast parking space and friendly staff.
Didn't like: Breakfast was a bit crazy due to the layout and high crowded space, the bathroom sink had an issue when we walked into the room and I requested for help, however they said they didn’t have any overnight maintenance so we ended up fixing it ourselves.

Good Average Hotel Stay Was very close to airport also offered cruise shuttle service was good has a decent breakfast menu average.
Didn't like: Staff was not very tentative , not good nature or customer service. Breakfast was average not a good selection of items. When asking for question to the staff was rushed and not very responsive.

Proximity to airport
Didn't like: Aesthetis. Ugly dirty drive up to the hotel. Outside is unappealing. Not as shown from the photo displayed. Seems the display photo was not of that location. The room was much smaller than expected

Not a 4star hotel! Shattle is once per hour, not per request. Old furniture and smelly carpet room. Unfriendly stuff. No Nothing
Didn't like: Carpet was dusty and smelly, the pull-out sofa wasn’t prepared for a 5th person in the room. Not enough towels for 5 people, we needed to ask for more

I stay here all the time love the hotel but they definitely need at least 2 or 3 shuttle The shuttle kept passing us and not picking us up and it was really hot so I took a Uber so I wouldn't have to wait another hour..
Didn't like: Shuttle takes to long
