Stafff and location made it a great stay Great location. At the end of the strip so a lot quieter. Needed to get taxi to the heart of the strip but it was nice to get away from the noise and madness at the end of the night
Didn't like: Breakfast was very ordinary. Just take away muffins, pastries and drinks

Mediocre and quiet probably not the best location for people who really want to experience vegas The pool was fine I didn't have any issue with the pool the location was not the best I confused this with the hilton farther down the strip and should have been at that one there wasn't much to do and the hilton doesn't have a casino which would have at least helped
Didn't like: too much of a sales push when you first walk in too many people asking you to buy this and that - that's not what I came for and didn't appreciate that when you first walk in and then when you go back down to the lobby you still have them trying to sell you stuff I dreaded coming back into the lobby and started coming in later so I could miss them completely the room had nasty old wash cloths at the top of the shower attention was not given to the details in terms of cleanliness the staff was mediocre most just acted like they had to be there with the exception of the sales people and the front desk. location was not ideal I would probably not go back to that location unless I was bringing my grandparents the pool didn't open on time and the pool bar is the only place in the hotel where you can get food and it was pool bar food so you would have to go off property to get anything and also down the strip a bit so I just selected the wrong location to be at and that was my fault I'm sure for older people who don't want to experience the vegas life would be happy there.

Great place, great company and an overall outstanding time in Vegas! The property was near lots of restaurants, at the end of the strip which made it easy to quickly get in/out of the area. The property is well maintained, the pool area was spacious and clean. The suite was extremely spacious and well appointed. We had a great view of the end of the Strip and the Sphere.
Didn't like: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Disappointing, will never return! The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel was that the cleaning staff was wonderful, polite and very attentive to our needs. Everyone else working a "higher" position was rude, not helpful and VERY biased. Needless to say we will never be booking here again!
Didn't like: We booked the hotel for 2 nights (Sept 5th-7th) and upon arrival we noticed the toiled was clogged. Maintenance was sent to our room twice to fix it, all the other times we had to use the restroom we unfortunately and inconveniently kept having to go downstairs to use the lobby's bathroom. Elevator took up to 10-15 minutes EACH TIME, 20 minutes being the longest time I had to wait! I had an uber delivery and since the elevator kept taking so long, my uber left my package outside on a bench where anyone could have access to it! When I was looking for my package, guest services, check-in desk and bell service kept sending me around to each other saying they "saw" my uber driver but didn't know where he left the bag. When I went to check at the check-in counter, a lady wearing glasses, fair skin and long dark hair had told me she didn't receive a bag and directed me outside to valet. I voiced out my frustration with the elevator and the toilet and all she said was "Yeah I'm sorry, it's a busy weekend" I had asked to be moved rooms and I was told no since they were booked out for the weekend. We had paid our stay upfront and I feel like we were disregarded and made felt like we didn't belong in this hotel. It was supposed to be a great experience and quite frankly this has been the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Not at Hilton standards Room was big
Didn't like: Front desk staff was very unpleasant, no proper breakfast room, we were given vouchers to use in a mini market with limited choice, no restaurants on site, sofa bed was not prepared and had to do the bed myself… overall disappointing experience
