Affordable Luxury in Las Vegas We had a wonderful time. Stayed in King and Double Queen rooms. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. One of the best bathrooms I’ve ever had in a hotel with amazing water pressure on the 36th floor. The hotel facilities are super nice, especially the huge and well-equipped gym and the pool.

Very upscale hotel The best service with check-in and any interaction with all staff.

Vegas has hotels that offer better value for money. Overall, we were quite disappointed. It’s beautiful, new, luxurious, everything you want from a Vegas hotel. Good restaurants too.
Didn't like: Housekeeping was a mystery (very irregular and unpredictable) and the hotel offered very little flexibility when checking in and out again. Everything was quite overpriced and nothing seemed to be included in the room rate, so we ended up paying for a lot of extras.

Beautiful property but unfriendly reception staff Clean, modern rooms
Didn't like: Hotel reception staff was a bit cold during check-in. Had much warmer interactions with staff at a different nearby hotel I stayed at the prior week.

Unless a specific reason to stay .. pass on this one Papi steakhouse was excellent. Will go back if around there again. Unfortunately this “fine dining” place will let anybody in. Website asks to have certain attire. Not everybody read that. A few baseball hats, shorts, flip flops .. but I guess everybody is on vacation.
Didn't like: Housekeeping did the bare minimum and did not confirm soaps, shampoos. Etc took dirty glasses but did not replace. Not much to do at that location for us. We left everyday to do other casinos. Taxi/ lobby entrance is the worst I’ve currently seen. It is a terrible mess of blocked vehicles with no order for drop off or pickup.

Would definitely recommend using this property to others. This was a very luxury, upscale property and nicely maintain.
Didn't like: The property sits on the north end somewhat of the strip so if you wanna go down with the action is that you definitely have to use Uber or Lyft

A wonderful stay from start to finish—we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Beautiful, new hotel in a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Since the hotel is new, everything feels fresh and well maintained, with nothing worn out. It’s also conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. Although it’s not right in the middle of the Strip, we actually preferred the location compared to some of our other stays in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back!
Didn't like: We like everything.

A comfortable three night stay whilst travelling around western USA Good Standard overall of the hotel! Clean modern and bedrooms of high standard with excellent showers!
Didn't like: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I appreciate there was 24hr tea coffee available to be purchased in the resort but not convenient when you wake up and have to get dressed to walk to a shop the other side of the resort away from the bedrooms! I believe this is about creating revenue not customer service. The hotel provides free shampoo conditioner etc replaced daily so surely they can provide some coffee sachets and tea bags for customers paying over £200 a night for a room!
